First Assistant Jefferson County Commonwealth’s Attorney Alex Dathorne and criminal defense attorney Brian Butler will present the latest updates in criminal law for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. As legal landscapes evolve, staying informed is imperative. This program will provide insights into recent legislative changes, case precedents, and procedural updates that could significantly impact criminal defense and prosecutorial strategies.
