The LBA’s Placement Service matches employers with attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals, receptionists and other support staff seeking full- and part-time positions.

Our Placement Director, David Mohr, has more than 35 years of legal industry experience, including 25 years in legal staffing and 10 as a paralegal. He understands our local legal job market and knows what employers look for in a qualified candidate. 

Comprehensive placement services: 

Don’t want the hassle of finding and screening potential candidates? We can help. 

• We’ll advertise your position on the LBA’s job board as well as national and local job boards and social media.  
• We’ll search our current database of pre-screened candidates to find only those candidates who match your needs.  
• Then, we’ll submit a list of candidates that meet your qualifications for your review. 
• If you review the list of candidates and decide not to make a hire through the Placement Service, you owe us nothing. If you hire a candidate from the Placement Service and the employee leaves or is terminated within 45 days, we’ll help you find a replacement candidate at no cost to you.
