Membership
Being an LBA member has tremendous benefits. The continuing education courses are excellent and cover a wide array of practice areas. Additionally, the LBA Leadership Academy encourages young lawyers to become active in the local community. Its biggest benefit, however, is fostering collegiality and professionalism amongst its members. I can personally attest those relationships have helped my practice, and will continue to do so in the future.

Membership Matters
The Louisville Bar Association is the heart of our local legal community.
We provide our members with the resources they need to establish and grow their careers. We offer them tools that will help them build thriving practices. We work to ensure the pipeline of great legal talent into our community remains full, so our industry has the fuel it needs to expand and bring more business into our city. Our Bar Center serves as a physical home base – a community center where members can catch up on work, grab coffee, meet with colleagues and clients and build networking relationships that will lead to future career success.
