Our placement service is designed to connect legal professionals with employers in our community. In addition to our full-service placement service, the Louisville Bar Association is excited to announce the addition of the new LBA Job Board.
What is the cost of our services?
Our placement services are free for candidates seeking employment. Clients seeking comprehensive placement services will pay a nominal contingent fee based on the starting salary, which is well below the industry rate.
As a client, what if my firm isn’t ready for comprehensive services?
If your firm’s budget doesn’t currently support our full placement service, you can take advantage of our newly launched Job Board and pay a flat fee to post your firm’s opening. Various packages that allow you to advertise solely on the website or add eBriefs and Bar Briefs advertising are available. Our rates are lower than other job listing sites and specifically tailored for the legal community.
