The LBA’s Back to School project is celebrating its 21st year! 

The 2024-25 school year is gearing up to start on August 8! You can help us support local children in need through our Back to School project. We will be collecting new school supplies and monetary donations for local elementary school students.

Just $35 provides a complete backpack stocked with a year’s worth of supplies. $25 provides all supplies.

All donations are tax deductible. Checks should be made payable to the Louisville Bar Center and mailed to 600 W. Main St., Ste. 110, Louisville, KY 40202.

This year we will be supporting the following schools: Atkinson, King, Frayser, Rutherford and Semple. Each of these schools has a high percentage of students on free or reduced lunch programs, and we have worked directly with the Family Resource Centers in those schools to match children with necessary supplies. This process ensures that all donations reach students and families with the greatest need. All donations will be split between Jefferson County Public Schools in need and the West End School.
