The 2:00 PM Rule Docket is suspended until further notice. If you currently have a 2:00 PM Rule Docket hearing scheduled, you should not appear in person at this hearing, as no 2:00 PM cases will be called. Instead, please file the requested pleading before your currently assigned 2:00 PM Rule Docket hearing. If the delinquent pleading (or other appropriate filing) is not submitted before your currently assigned 2:00 PM Rule Docket hearing time, the Clerk will forward form AOC- 845 to both the attorney and the fiduciary notifying each that the delinquent pleadings must be filed within 30 days. If the required filing is not submitted within 30 days of receiving notice via AOC – 845, the Court may begin proceedings to remove the fiduciary from their position as Executor / Administrator.
